Fresh in stock! This is our first ever diesel powered e39, likely one of very few here in the states. This specific E39 however is powered by the iconic BMW M57, an absolute workhouse motor that has a cult following for pumping out power for hundreds of thousands of miles without issue. This was spec'd for the Italian market, so it has zero signs of corrosion or rust.

Interior: This car is beautiful inside, the leather is healthy and free of any rips or tears. All seat functions work perfectly. Wood trim is in amazing condition and looks to be individual (may have been swapped in at some point). Factory radio functions well and has a custom AUX input option. Both heat and AC are spot on, AC being extremely cold. No pixels missing, no lights on the dash, all gauges functioning as they should. This is a slicktop so there is no sunroof to worry about. Optioned rear sunshade works great. Rear seats have some signs of wear, however no rips or tears. Carpet is healthy and has no stains or holes. Window motors are strong all the way around. Mirror motors work fantastic.

Exterior: Cosmos Schwartz is original and in good condition. Some clear coat oxidation on the hood, roof, and trunk from age. Body is very straight, usual signs of age from a vehicle of this year. However no signs of accident damage or panel replacement. Drivers headlight looks new, passenger headlight has condensation and could use a cleaning. Factory wheels with snow tires fitted, a summer set of Continental tires are included with the car. Original BMW Germany front Euro plate holder is in place. Again, no rust on this car. So door bottons and sills look as if they were new.

Mechanical: We were blown away when we drove this car for the first time. The M57 fires right up, no smoke or odd noises. The tune makes for an immense amount of torque in every gear, 3rd being an absolute monster when opened up. There are zero odd noises, leaks, or smells from the drivetrain. The transmission is tight, notchy, and direct. Clutch is equally as healthy. We experienced around 40 miles to the gallon city driving, which is insane given how much fun we were having listening to the turbo spool. Highway speeds are a breeze, the car wants to pull even in 5th gear. Brakes are great, with recent rotors and pads already done. We also have around 3 pages of a previous owners records regarding every mile driven, how much diesel it consumed, the style of driving, climate, and what parts were replaced.

Overall, this is THE daily driver, sleeper, car hauler, etc. We priced it where we felt it should be priced to move it quickly, so please understand we are not accepting offers at this time.
