Fresh in from Germany! This fantastic example of an e30 touring is ready for its new home. The vehicle runs and drives beautifully, looks great, and is fully original.
157,000 miles. Exterior of this touring is Brilliant Red. The paint if fully original all the way around. Usual signs of light fading (common with BMW’s reds) is showing on the hood and roof, however its only noticeable in certain lights. The clear itself is healthy with zero corrosion. We did a quick polish on this one and it looks stunning! Body is very straight, no major dents or dings. All doors open, all central lock from a key fob. Corrosion is limited to a few patches on the lower sills, however they are very isolated. The rear hatch is in amazing condition as is the rest of the vehicle.
Interior is sporting a grey comfort set, with the drivers seat experiencing some tears. The rest of the interior is amazingly clean with beautiful carpet that looks as if it was new. No cracks in the dash nor any imperfections. Blower motors function perfectly as do all other electronic functions. Seat adjustments are manual and work perfect. Doors have black leather cards in great condition with manual windows and manual sunroof. Headliner is a little dirty and loose near the sun roof. Rear dog guard and luggage cover is present and in great shape. An original spare tire still sits in the rear with no signs of corrosion. No radio present.
Mechanically this touring is ready to go. Vehicle has has around 100 miles put on it with our ownership and it hasn’t missed a beat. No major leaks, no smoking or lack of power. There is a rattle that sounds like its coming from an exhaust component. Otherwise the car drives and shifts effortlessly with no problems carrying 80mph on the freeway. A new battery was installed prior to export. There is also a recorded timing belt service was performed in Germany from a past owner.
