Perfect for someone on a tighter budget but wanting a clean E36 auto daily driver, unlike the fair majority of US cars. This is early Atlantis blue with 82,6xx miles. Tastefully modified, every item being of reliable quality (Bilstein, Recaro, Eiback, Momo, AC Schnitzer, Supersprint). Car is mainly bone stock and original. Runs and drives fantastic.

Exterior:

Slicktop sedan with original paint, this car is from 1992 so the paint does show its age in places. There is a 2-3 inch spot of clear coat that has failed on the A pillar. Looks as though someone in the past tried to cut the paint for a correction but cut too deep on some angle points (top of fender) so the paint is lighter in color on those spots. Otherwise, this car is ready to go and shines up nicely. We call this one a “10 footer” but along side the majority of US spec e36’s this one shines above them, we tend to have higher standards here as these imported cars are in a different league of originality and cleanliness. No major dents or dings. M sport kit is properly fitted and looks great.

Interior:

Car was originally a grey cloth interior, but came to us with Recaro seats and rails. The factory seats are back in Japan as we could not ship the car with them in the rear. AC Schnitzer pedal covers, period correct Momo wheel and hub, front and rear facing dash camera, and the tried and true Japanese toll reader which speaks to you in Japanese upon every startup. All electrics work, aftermarket radio even has a port to run a USB based dongle or aux plug. Blowers work with hot heat and cold-ish AC (will need a recharge) however the blowers themselves are on the louder side. No pixels missing, all lights work perfectly. Trunk sports the factory spare, roadside and medical kit. Tool kit is also mainly complete.

Mechanical:

European market M43 fires right up beautifully, idles perfectly and accelerates as it should. Transmission feels spot on. Timing chain replacement/service recorded roughly 4k miles ago. No smoke or odd noises. No noticeable leaks. No corrosion. Overall the car drives great and is ready to be daily driven. Supersprint exhaust is mild mannered but sounds like on acceleration. Car feels very planted with the adjustable coilovers and strut brace.
